We believe great work and personal life should go hand in hand. We offer flex days and extra time off over the Christmas holidays so our team has time to recharge.

In-Person Work Environment

We believe there’s value in working together face to face, both with our team and our clients. Our office is a place to collaborate, learn and connect.

Our team brings a wide range of experience to the table, and that experience is shared. Senior Advisors work closely with Associates and Analysts, everyone is encouraged to ask questions, and there’s always an opportunity to learn something new from one another. We work together in the office, bounce ideas off each other, share what we’re learning and celebrate our wins. We take our work seriously, but we also genuinely enjoy working together, sharing stories over Friday Rum O'Clocks and having some fun along the way.
