Pamela is a seasoned finance executive and operator with extensive experience supporting organizations through growth, transformation, and complexity. She brings a strong combination of financial leadership and operational execution, working closely with executive teams to drive clarity and informed decision-making.

With a practical, hands-on approach, Pamela has led financial and operational initiatives across a range of industries, including emerging sectors. She has founded and built a company from the ground up in a new industry, giving her firsthand insight into navigating all stages of growth. This experience shapes her ability to identify risks early, leverage opportunities, and guide organizations through uncertainty with a balanced and pragmatic approach.

What differentiates Pamela is her ability to operate beyond a traditional CFO lens. She brings a COO mindset to her work, focusing on execution, accountability, and helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence. She is particularly effective in dynamic, evolving environments where leadership teams require both strategic guidance and practical support.

Pamela is known for her collaborative, human-centered approach. She works closely with founder-led and executive teams to align priorities, navigate change, and support clear, timely decision-making.

An Albertan who grew up on a farm, Pamela values hard work, resilience, and community. She enjoys time in the mountains and staying active with friends and family.
